Application Sharing

• Application sharing provides the ability to view or share any Windows application with other participants in the conference.  These applications may include slide presentations, documents, spreadsheets, or CAD programs.

• HelpMeeting includes desktop sharing, which allows other conference participants to view your entire screen or a selected application.

• Application and desktop sharing enables conference participants to 'see' changes being made as they occur. 

Collaboration

• Collaboration allows any participant in the conference to change or modify a shared application if enabled by the application's owner, even if the participant does not have that application on their PC.

Chat, File Transfer, Whiteboarding

• Chat allows text based messages to be sent to all or a subset of the conference participants.  A chat session can be held simultaneously while other data conferencing features are being used.  Chat sessions can also be saved to a file for later reference.

• File Transfer enables any participant to distribute files to all or some of the participants during the meeting.

• Whiteboarding allows participants to create  drawings, and markup existing images.

Schedule Conferences

• HelpMeeting allows conference hosts to  schedule future meetings and provide email notifications to the participants.

Conference Security

• HelpMeeting conferences are secure.  All conferences are accessed through the HelpMeeting server and require a valid conference code and password.

• HelpMeeting conferences do not require special preparation or conversion of conference materials to special formats.  Conference materials do not need to be pre-loaded before or during the conference.

• Conference data is shared only among the participants.  The HelpMeeting server is not a participant in the conference.

• HelpMeeting includes error recovery and diagnostic features to insure reliable operation.
