HelpMeeting supports data conferences through firewalls.  Conference data is transmitted via http (port 80), and typically requires no changes to an existing firewall.  

A general guideline for firewall compatibility is if you are able to register with HelpMeeting your network should support this feature. 

Conference participants may use Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP or 95 with Winsock 2.
